My answer: Lush! I love Lush for so many reasons, partly because their products are pretty much all amazing and partly because they're really committed to ethical behaviour (eg. not buying ingredients that have been produced by child labour, they pay all their staff higher than minimum wage); the fact that I love them so much means that I buy from them as often as I can afford to, and Lush products are pretty expensive so it would really help! Although from what I've seen, access to the staff discount just results in buying way more stuff than you could ever use, so maybe it would make that part of the problem worse instead!
